Case Management:
A Case Manager is a professional who will spend time talking to your parent to assess what level of ability your parent is at, what services might be best at this stage of your parent’s life and arrange for those services for your parent.
We still have a tendency to think that as our our parents age, they might need to go into assisted living or perhaps a nursing home. But, nursing homes can be very expensive and in fact, it may be much more cost effective and efficient and comfortable for your parent to remain in their home — if only they had a little help.
